Clearstem Skin Care Routine

I have been using Clearstem skin care for over a year now and have mentioned a few of their products in that time, but I haven’t dove into each product I’m using and why I love them so much. I’ve also been using up some of my other products and switching out to primarily just using this because I love it so much.
A little bit about this brand. Designed to target signs of aging while also addressing acne. I really thought that after my teen years I would be done with acne, but that was certainly not the case. Adult acne is very real and quite common, especially in women. And at the beautiful age of 35 I still struggle with break outs. For the first time, I have had CLEAR skin consistently! On and off my adult life I have struggled with hormonal break outs. And while my lifestyle, diet and supplementation habits have definitely supported my skin, Clearstem has made a huge difference. Back to the brand- they formulate all of their products to not have any pore clogging ingredients. Many “anti-aging” products have pore clogging ingredients and while it may be addressing signs of aging, if it’s making me breakout, I will not be using it.
They meticulously ensure each product they have does not have any acne triggers, aka pore clogging ingredients. They have a this very convenient pore clogging ingredient checker on their site where you can type in specific ingredients and see if they are potentially pore clogging. It is very eye opening.
Alright let’s dive into the individual products that I am currently using:
Gentle Cleanser- I love this cleanser so much. It is very gently, hence the name but it will thoroughly clean. I am so picky with my cleansers. I want them silky with a gentle yet effective foam and not to harsh. My skin always feel very clean but not dry after I use this. It also removes all make up. I love to use a cleansing oil as the first step in my cleansing routine to remove my make up but with this you don’t have to double cleanse.
Vitamin Scrub- This is a physical scrub, meaning it has bamboo particles that physically exfoliate your skin. This is definitely gentle enough to use daily, however I don’t, since my skin is a bit on the drier side, especially in the winter. I usually use this 2-3x a week. Little tip, use this on your décolletage, back of neck and upper back. Another common place that break outs can occur. Plus it feels really good.
Cellrenew serum- This serum is amazing for balancing oil production and hormonal acne. I use this after I cleanse. I really notice a difference using this serum consistently. The hyaluronic acid in this gives you nice hydrated, plump skin. I use this nightly but you can use this AM and PM.
Bounceback serum- They call this the “no botox” serum and truly it is justified. It definitely tightens and tones. Concentrated stem cell formula help target fine lines and wrinkles. I use this nightly but you can use this AM and PM.
Brightens eye gel- I am not an eye cream person. This is gel is so different. It is very brightening and cooling under the eyes. I love to use this in the mornings when I’m extra tired. It has this beautiful gold hue.
Hydraglow moisturizer- I love this moisturizer. It is more of a water cream. It is not a thick heavy cream. It is very light weight, which I prefer in my daily moisturizer. I love to use this in the mornings before I apply sun protection. Speaking of SPF. Clearstem has one and I will be trying theirs after I finish the two I have right now in my routine.

I love skin care and am fond of many companies, but Clearstem has just changed the game for me. I have never come across a brand that really targets both acne and aging and as someone who is in their mid 30s and still gets break outs and obviously now showing signs of aging, this concept is a game changer.
