A Quick And Polished Manicure At Home

Hi guys, a few weeks ago, I did a post about the tools I use to care for my nails at home. If you caught that post, I had mentioned that I ordered nail tips from Chill House. A New York City company that offers self-care treatments like facials, massages, and mani/pedis. They also sell super cute self-care merch. I was really excited to try the nail tips after hearing really great things about them. I also bought a gua-sha from them too. The branding is SO cute and totally my style. I just couldn’t resist. I love the CH logo too, for obvious reasons.

Left to right: Everything Zen, Purple Rein, Sugar Rush and Line Dance. I chose a few styles so that I could have a variety on hand.

Press-on nails are perfect for when you want your nails perfectly polished and don’t want to hassle with getting them done or painting them yourself. Lately, I have been in a bare nails phase and haven’t had the urge to get my nails done. I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my nails. I’m super picky about how I get them done and honestly, find it much easier to use these for those times I want my nails done. I know they will look perfectly polished and all I have to do I glue them on. Its a dream!

Each kit includes; a dual-sided buffer, cuticle stick, non-toxic glue, nail file and, 24 nails so you can find your perfect fit. They are so lightweight, flexible and feel like your REAL nail. I hate it when you feel like something is on your nails. Anyone else feel that way? I loved knowing I could easily soak these off. It gave me peace of mind.

VERY DRAMATIC! lol

How beautiful are these though? I love the different designs they offer.

If you have ever tried press-on nails before, you know, you maybe get a day or 2 before one snaps off. I fully expected that with these too. I use my hands constantly, so my nails get beat up easily. I typically would use press-ons for a special event, date night, vacation, etc. I have tried other press-on nails before and these lasted the longest…by far. I had these on for 1 full week! After exactly 7 days, one popped off. I was shocked by day 4 that they had not come off yet. They felt so sturdy the entire time too. I think the key is to really hold down the nail once you have applied the glue and hold for a solid 10-15 seconds.

I think these are such a cute gift idea too.

If you give these a try, let me know what you think.

XO,

Char
