Hearty Homemade Chili
Chili is one of those recipes that is always in our meal rotation. We enjoy it anytime of year but it is especially delicious during the colder months. This recipe can be altered for your dietary needs. We have swapped out the animal products for vegetarian options before and its very good. This makes about 6 large bowls. We typically have it for dinner, then lunch the next day and dinner the following.
Ingredients
2 large diced tomato cans with basil & oregano
2 cans chilli beans in chilli sauce
2 cans (choice of beans) drained
4 diced celery
1 green bell pepper
1 medium yellow onion
Worcestershire sauce

Hot sauce to taste
1 brick grass fed beef or bison
1 lb medium to spicy chorizo ground
2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp chilli powder
1/2-1 tsp cayenne pepper
Garlic salt & pepper to taste
Steps
